Returned orders

When your order is shipped, you are emailed with a tracking number. It is the buyer's responsibility to make the appropriate arrangements to receive the sent package. If the item is returned to sender, we will reach out to you and let you know that the item was returned to us. It is up to the buyer to then have us resend the package at buyer's expense or have the transaction refunded minus shipping and any applicable merchant fees (i.e. PayPal merchant fees).
