P-Gear P610 GPS measuring device for performance measurement on the street and track

P-Gear raises the bar in GPS performance meters – measures 0-100km/h, quarter-mile, 1/8 mile, or 100-200 km/h with high accuracy.

Modern measuring devices based on GPS measurements have long since become the new standard in car hobbies, with which both enthusiasts and parts manufacturers compare actual changes in performance, including all factors, more clearly than with traditional power measurements on a dynamometer, which only tell half the truth.

The measurement itself is verified through several different parameters in addition to the GPS signal, including road incline and elevation differences. The old truth holds: the clock is incorruptible.

PGear PGear PGear… how many times can you repeat that in a second?

The device itself does it 20 times a second.
P-Gear measures at a 20Hz frequency, which is twice as high as what is customary in similar products.

  • 20Hz accurate measurement method
  • Track driving modes; well-known tracks such as Nürburgring Nordschleife, Hockenheimring, or our domestic tracks are available pre-set in the app.
  • Acceleration measurements, standard values as well as user-customized ones (e.g., 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile, 0-100km/h, 100-200km/h)
  • Deceleration measurements, such as 100-0km/h
  • Social media integration, share and follow
  • Video recording and strong verification of results (uses phone camera)
  • USB-C charging connector

How is it used?
  1. Place the P-Gear on your car's dashboard, windshield, or center console in a suitable location.
  2. Launch the associated mobile app.
  3. Define which values you want to measure this time.
  4. Press the accelerator and let the clock roll.

Timing and measurement on the race track

One of P-Gear's most interesting features lies where it's allowed to drive fast – on the race track. The app includes pre-set race tracks, including our domestic ones, allowing you to easily measure and review your driving during track sessions.

The application draws your driving speed in color at different stages of the track, marks "in / out" points for corners, and enables comparison with your previous times or your friends' results.

Feeling creative? You can also create your own tracks – challenge your relatives to a timed race, perhaps even hooning around a field edge on an ATV.

Reliability of comparisons

With devices of this type, "leaderboards" and playful international competition between different vehicles are already commonplace, but even if the measurements themselves are reliable, the question of the user's honesty always remains, for example, whether the model and data of the measured vehicle are correct.

PG has brought a new level to the game for the most skeptical among us. A strongly verified Leaderboard result requires a video of the measurement event and the vehicle checked by P-G staff.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
