Believe it! Record 2 tracks simultaneously, dub up to 8 tracks, then transfer them to your computer for editing with the included Cakewalk software. Record up to 6 minutes internal or 48 minutes with a SmartMedia card (not included, bigger cards will be available soon). Or engage the JamMan2 full-featured loop recorder with an entirely different set of parameters and recording time limited only by the flashcard memory size. All of that not to mention a drum machine and EVERYTHING you loved about the GNX2 GeNetX amp and cab modeling with Warp function that lets you create brand new models from old ones, and stompbox modeling with an assignable expression pedal. Record live gigs or companion tracks for live playback, double solos with yourself, lay down 8-track demos, create a full-range accompaniment for solo performance”the possibilities are endless.         HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
        Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
