• Are you worried about getting your measurements right? We send you a measurement guide and form that shows you how to take your measurements.

A local seamstress will take your measurements for a small fee.

• Are you worried that we can’t make your size? As all of our dresses are custom made, we make the dress to your measurements. So we have no limits.

• How to order?  All dresses are custom made to order. Dresses over UK size 21 are £20 extra. There are two options, Upto UK Size 21 and UK Size 22 and above. Choose one according to your usual dress size. 

• What happens once you have paid for your order?

1. We send you the measurement form to complete. 
2. Once we have received the completed form back we will check it and start making your dress.
3. Once your dress is complete we will send you photos of the dress to check.
4. If you are happy we will send your dress out by courier which usually takes around 5 working days to be delivered.

• How long does it take from order to delivery? Dresses usually take between 4-6 weeks from order to delivery, once measurements have been received. However dresses can take approx. 10 weeks during our busy season. So we suggest ordering at least 3 months before your wedding date.

• Are you looking for the perfect dress? Have you got an idea of what you want but haven’t found a design anywhere like it?

All of our dresses are custom made so we can help you create your unique dream dress.

• Are there any elements of the design you don't like? You can request any changes you would like to our dress designs including colour, extra bling, straps, no straps, belt, length of the train, etc. We can make a truly unique dress for you.
