So although the pillow is pictures as a head pillow, I actually use this as a body pillow because it's as long as one. That's fine by me because it's somewhat firm but gets soft as your body heat warms it up. I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any bad misshaping or anything. It's shredded memory foam so like all shredded memory foam pillows you've got to fluff them a little.

Adjustable Support for Side Sleeping

The pillow is long and full, filled with shredded memory foam, and the cover feels smooth with a sturdy zipper. When I adjusted the fill, the foam shifted easily and settled without clumping, which made it simple to fine-tune the firmness. I ordered this pillow for extra joint support. In use, it stayed in place overnight and kept my hips and shoulders better aligned, especially when sleeping on my side.
