Because I need to work from home, I converted a corner of my living room into my workspace but was constantly distracted by the sound of the TV and family activities. Although this partition wall is expensive, its effectiveness genuinely surprised me. It doesn't create complete silence, but it is incredibly effective at absorbing and dampening background noise. Now when I'm in a video conference, the sounds from the other side of the room barely come through. Decent at dampening sound

This partition was easy to assemble and is stable. My husband and I both work from home, and the desire was to have a sound barrier. It definitely dampens the noise. If it was another foot taller, that would be even better at dampening the noise. Obviously, we still hear one another quite well, but the partition simply softens the noise of each other.
