Gentle and easy to take, great for winding down

I donβt like taking pills, so I really appreciate that this melatonin is tiny and easy to take. It dissolves quickly, and the taste is not bad at all. I take it before bedtime to help me wind down, and it seems to be working well so far. A nice gentle sleep support option.

Great product!

This is the best melatonin if I have trouble waking up in the middle of the night, I take 1 mg. Under my tongue and I can fall back to sleep. Excellent product. It's good enough that I only take one. Much better than other brands I have tried!

I have a hard time staying asleep. I took this product the first day and slept very well. I would recommend this highly. Dissolves Faunder the tongue and works sooner than capsules or pills.

So far this melatonin helps with making me drowsy, but I still take 1/2 a prescribed sleeping pill with it. Normally, within a half hour I am sleepy. I have not tried taking it by itself yet. I am a petite build, so I think my size factors in to how well it works for me. Flavor is okay. Easy to take melting it under my tongue. Price is okay. I like that it is sublingual and limited added ingredients. I don't usually take chamomile due to being sensitive to it in the past, but seems to be okay in this pill. It also seems to help me with staying asleep for a longer period of time.
