Run! Believe the bad reviews, they are shipping non-refurbished junk, no warranty or support!!

I have been a loyal Anker and especially Eufy devotee for at least a decade, I now have four levels to clean and have 6 Eufy's running! Well, I did. I got to #6 by purchasing this model, refurbished, I trusted in the Anker/Eufy brand that "Refurbished" really meant that, that it would be like new, and that while it only had a short warranty (3 months!), this would not really matter with Anker/Eufy quality and reliability. Unlike other companies in their neck of the woods, they have always taken pride in their brand and taking care of customers--I know this from personal experience.
WRONG! The company is not what it used to be. This product is not "Refurbished, but like new" as I expected, and based on the many other reviews on here of people who just received used returned products. It seems Anker has reached a new low, and just try to harvest some profit off of returns by selling them to us on here.
My L50 impressed me for exactly 3 months, and then started getting stuck, and stopping in the middle of the room without finishing. I should have returned it there and then, but I had no reason to distrust that the issue was resolvable, or Anker would take care of me. At 4-5 months it got worse, and wouldn't clean at all, and just bombed out saying laser error. I followed all the online debug steps (clean everything, make sure the laser turns and is clean/clear, factory reset, etc.). Same error. I set it aside as we got busy in the holidays. So, now, 6 months later, reaching out to customer service, get the door slammed in my face by the first responder ("Kelly"). Escalating, the second responder "Shane" helpfully sends me a link to their return policy, and "graciously" offers me about a $25 discount on new high end models costing $330-$690! Gee...thanks. So, leave me with a junk vacuum, and your "offer" is that I spend hundreds of dollars and trust you again?! No thanks!
I guess my love affair with Eufy is over. No more will I recommend Eufy to all who will listen. I will certainly not be a customer in the future. They have "grown up", and think customers don't matter any more, we are just cash cows.

I love the ability to map out our house and have it clean while we are gone. This machine has a good battery life, rarely gets stuck and works very well overall. We will not live without one now!

Refurbished model parts missing, but Eufy/Anker fixed it.

I purchased a refurbished Robovac L50, and was excited to see if it was an improvement from my old 1s. Unfortunately the dust basket was missing a pin and that plastic screen that keeps the filter and foam in. I contacted the vendor, and Eufy responded quickly.
The unit itself has laser guidance and a great app that lets you control it and set times, etc. It’s a definite evolution from the 1s. It is faster, cleans better, and allows you more ways to control it
This is a great value for the money, especially for the refurbished price and the outstanding customer service.

Eufy beats the other guys in everything
Size: L60 Hybrid-renewed
We thought our old Eufy died so I ordered this since I always wanted the self-emptying model and the roller hair cutter was a big bonus since we have a chocolate lab that sheds a small bunny's worth of hair every day. Easy to set up, get added to the app, and just works. I will have to order more bags for the cleaning station, but overall very happy with this purchase even though the old Eufy started to work again right after this arrived.

Eufy vacuum
Size: L50 Hybrid-renewed
The device works really well. The battery doesn’t last that long which is a bummer but the product does what it states. I hope I don’t have to replace the battery yearly. My floors are clean tho and I have a dog and cat and multiple surfaces, all of which it cleans well even with difficult door thresholds.
