The difficult Japanese winter ends with the arrival of cherry blossoms. In April, the Hanami Festival celebrates the rebirth and symbolizes the transience of life. Dantzig's Sakura guitar celebrates this ancient tradition with classic features and handwork.

Sakura represents over one year's work to bring it to fruition. Created from genuine old-growth mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard, it was designed to ring like a ceremonial Dotaku bell—and it does. Traditional Japanese cherry blossom art were painstakingly etched and hand engraved on steel front and back plates by master engraver Heidi Roos. Her incredibly detailed work required nine months to complete. Small details have been attended to—like the string nut which was hand-shaped from oxen bone.

Petals of genuine rose gold, stems and leaves in green gold and a rising sun of 24kt yellow gold adorn hundreds of hours of the hand engraving work.

Twin humbuckers hand-wound by Jol's friend Seymour Duncan feature engraved nickel covers. Vintage cloth covered wiring and oil-filled tone caps are used along with NOS potentiometers from CTS. The three way blade switch is a refurbished artifact from a 1950s telephone switchboard. The control knobs are hand cast acrylic, made in shop, and the tuning machines were given a well-used patina with Jol's own process that leaves them warm and friendly to the touch.

Jol puts a massive amount of forethought into what he calls the "pre-story" of each instrument. He employs 1930s wire, 1950s switchgear, old-growth wood and old world craftsmanship to build a soul into each guitar. Still, the most important part of any instrument's life is the experience it gains by being played. In this connection, Jol has ventured out into the world and allowed his creations the luxury of being stroked and spanked publicly. These instruments are not vintage, nor are they new. They are not used, as in second-hand. They are becoming experienced. Every player who caresses a Dantzig instrument imbeds a bit of their being into the guitar.

Some of the musicians who have played Sakura include: Jim Chapdelaine, Robben Ford, Steve Kimock, Eric Ambel, Keith Christopher, Matt Beck, Kenny Loggins, Andy Powell, Mark Spencer, Scott Bernard, Jim Weider and a host of others.

Stopped Working
Color: White
Awesome little mouse that works great with my MacBook. I will say that the battery only lasted 6 months, not a year, but that's not a deal breaker for me. This is still a 5-star product. Smooth scrolling, comfortable in my hand, no glitchy-ness or functional issues at all. Thanks Logitech.

Good Mouse for the Price
Color: Graphite
It is a really good mouse for being only 11 dollars, I had no problem whatsoever setting it up, it is pretty light weight and gets the job done, I didn't even need a mouse pad for it.

Easy to move and it doesn't lag when it is used.
Color: Graphite
This mouse is ergonomic and easy on the hands. It doesn't put too much strain on them. The fit is a good one and it glides easily over a mouse pad. It is a good design, and the accuracy is top notch. It is a battery-operated mouse with a 1-year battery life, depending on use. It is Bluetooth and connects easily to a computer and is compatible with all operating systems. It is a great value for the price, and it is easy on the budget as you don't need to buy batteries as often. I have found it to be a good mouse and recommend it.

Simple Mouse That Does Everything Well
Color: Black, Style: Mouse, Color: Black, Style: Mouse
I like this mouse mainly because of how comfortable it is. It fits nicely in my palm and has a good grip for daily use. The simple design with no extra buttons is actually a plus for me since there’s no accidental clicking. The scroll wheel is smooth, and the silent feature makes it great for working without noise. Battery life is solid—it only needs one AA and lasts a long time. The weight feels balanced, which makes it easy to control. I’ve used it for everything from graphic work and photo editing to coding, Office tasks, and even light gaming. Tried many others before, but this one stands out as my favorite for everyday use.
