Refund & Replacement
- Requests accepted within 24–48 hrs of delivery with clear photos (preferably in original packaging).
- After 48 hrs, refunds/replacements cannot be issued.

- Covers up to 4 plants for cold damage, refund up to 50% per damaged plant.
- Additional insurance needed for orders with more than 4 plants.
- No insurance = no responsibility for cold-related damage.
